We require the following information for all credit card
orders: customer's full name, phone number, CV2 Security Code,
issuing bank and billing address if it is different from shipping
address

Payment can be made by
money order or certified check. Personal checks are accepted and must
clear before shipment.

|
|
C.O.D. orders are accepted
for certified checks/money orders only. There is an additional
$7.50 C.O.D. fee added per order.
Sorry, C.O.D. is not available to Puerto Rico, Canada,
and internationally.

|
International orders can
be paid in advance by wiring funds directly to our bank account.
|
Shipping Information
- We
can ship your order via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. FedEx
will not deliver to P.O. boxes. All orders will ship out
FedEx ground unless otherwise specified (Next Day Air, Second Day
Air, 3 Day Saver, USPS). Ground shipments take 1 - 7
business days within the 48 contiguous states to arrive.
- Tracking
numbers for FedEx shipments can be provided upon request.
Please let us know your email address when ordering or call/email
us after shipment to obtain your tracking number. Tracking
numbers for USPS shipments are available at additional cost and
must be requested when ordering.
- Insurance
up to $100.00 is provided in the shipment cost. A nominal
charge for insurance on orders of $100.00 or more will be
automatically added to your order (FedEx charges 35¢ per each
additional $100.00 declared value). Insurance for USPS
shipments is additional and must be requested upon ordering.
- The
customer is responsible for all shipping charges, from our
warehouse and back, for undelivered packages returned due to the
following reasons:
- No one to accept or pick-up at a FedEx service center
- Changed mind or the package is refused
- Claims
for shipping damages must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier
(please save all packing and cartons for inspection).
Returns
- Raw drivers are warranted for 90 days from date of
purchase against manufacturing defects.
- Renaissance car speakers are warranted for 1 year from
date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
- Renaissance home speakers and home theater speakers are
warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against
manufacturing defects.
- We will accept returns up to 30 days from invoice
date. All merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt will
not be subject to a restocking fee if returned in new
condition. All merchandise returned after 7 days of receipt
will be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking and handling charge
under the following conditions:
- Exchanges and/or returns of merchandise must have a
Return Authorization Number. Please call us at 617.277.6663
to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Exchanges and/or returns of merchandise must be
accompanied by a copy of your invoice as a proof of purchase and
your reason for their exchange and/or return. Please
include your contact information: daytime phone number,
email address and shipping address.
- Exchanged and/or returned item(s) must be in new
condition, without evidence of mounting or soldering and in their
original factory packing as it was shipped to receive your refund
or replacement. Please make sure to carefully re-pack your
item(s) and ship back in a separate carton, securely wrapped and
taped, ensuring that it is received in good condition. We
can not exchange/refund you for products that are received
damaged. Please make sure to insure any item(s) that are
shipped back to us for exchange and/or return. Please hold
onto your receipt for proof of shipping and insurance.
- We reserve the right to inspect the exchanged and/or
the returned items before a replacement or a refund is given.
